First 5k since J was born. And my slowest–averaging a 13:32 pace! (file under: pushing the double jogger, 3 months postpartum, at 8500 ft elevation, uphill…(both ways…in the snow…LOL!).
And the most important sign: chocolate birthday cake for me! Yum!
We made it up to the mountains for my birthday and Father’s Day, went hiking on Friday (the mountain pictures), ran the Habitat Hobble 5k on Saturday, and did another hike on Sunday. Fun!
There was also the usual knitting and reading, of course.
